A used sanitary napkin is placed into the incineration chamber and the burn cycle is started, typically with a single press-button operation. The machine heats the chamber and burns the napkin over a defined cycle time, after which it cuts off automatically — either on a timer, a temperature sensor, or both, depending on the model. Fumes generated during the cycle are routed out through an exhaust pipe, and an insulated chamber wall limits heat transfer to the surrounding fixture.
Used sanitary napkins are frequently disposed of in ordinary bins or flushed down toilets, both of which create hygiene, plumbing and waste-management problems for institutions. An on-site incinerator addresses this by destroying the waste immediately, reducing manual handling, odour and the volume of waste that needs to be collected.
Installation requirements vary by model and are detailed on each product page, including electrical specification and exhaust routing.At the time of supply, we will provide a detailed installation video and operating instructions along with the machine. For the wall-mountable model, installation is simple. Fix two suitable screws securely to the wall, hang the machine on the screws, connect the power supply, and the machine is ready to operate. For the floor-mountable model, the stand will be supplied along with the machine. Place the stand on a suitable level surface and position the machine securely on top of it. We will also provide the exhaust pipe. Connect one end of the pipe to the exhaust outlet on top of the machine and route the other end safely outside the room. For proper performance and hygiene, clean the ash regularly and keep the machine and exhaust system free from blockages.
